CS2 aim training routine that survives rank pressure

Aim training only sticks if it mirrors real duels. I do three blocks: tracking strafe targets, wide-angle flicks, then pre-aim paths on one map per day.

Block one (10 min): slow tracking with emphasis on counter-strafe stop shots. Block two (10 min): click timing on random spawn angles—no movement keys, just flicks to build confidence. Block three (15 min): offline server walk from T spawn to A default on Mirage calling crosshair placement out loud.

Finish with one DM session capped at 20 minutes. Leave on a good note; grinding until tilt shows up in FACEIT is how bad habits get baked in.

If you use assist modules later, train without them at least twice a week so your baseline does not disappear. Feature names for the FACEIT menu are on the features hub.

Mirage-only weeks helped me more than map-hopping. Add one slow walkthrough recording and compare crosshair height to pro demos—not to copy sens, to copy head level.
